Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account: sign-in email and the association to the client you represent.
• Monitoring setup: domain, prompts and competitors you choose to track.
• Audit results: AI engine answers to your prompts and the derived metrics (citation, share of voice, sentiment).

Google Search Console access

If you connect your Google account, we request the read-only Search Console scope (webmasters.readonly) and your email address (userinfo.email). We use this access exclusively to:

• fetch impressions, clicks, CTR and average position for your verified properties;
• show those numbers and their trends in your dashboard.

We do not change anything in your Google account, we do not write data, and we do not share or sell Search Console data. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The refresh token is stored encrypted and used only to renew read access.

How we use the data

• To operate the Service: run audits, compute metrics and present reports.
• To communicate with you about your account and results.
• We do not use the data for advertising or for training third-party models.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase/Postgres and Vercel), isolated per client (Row-Level Security), with sensitive tokens encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the Service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors strictly necessary to provide the Service, or when required by law.

Retention and revocation

We keep the data while the account is active. You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time in Settings: the connection is removed and the token revoked. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account and data, contact privacidade@destaque.ai.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection to processing. Exercise them through the contact above.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced in the Service with the new update date.
